This is where I work.

* Carol A. Castiglione, East Leatherwood Drive, Walland, reported at 4:37 p.m. July 14 that she gave an Alcoa builder a $30,000 down payment on a home addition. The initial estimate on the work was $119,000, which the builder then raised to $157,065.90 and then to $202,459.24. At this point the woman terminated the contract and requested her down payment back. According to the police report, after making several phone calls and visits to the builder's office, she was told the money had already been spent on other jobs and she was out of luck.
